I've just been kicked out of this medical practice because Dr Richards clearly can't perform his professional duties correctly. When you call in the morning requesting medication due to running out, you typically expect a straightforward response about availability. I was told the medication would be ready today, but upon arrival, they weren't prepared. After speaking with several staff members, it became apparent the medication wouldn't be ready until the following day. Frustrated, I demanded to speak with Dr Richards to understand why he claimed the medication would be ready today when it obviously wouldn't be. When he emerged, I confronted him about his misleading statement, but he dodged the question and publicly accused me of medication misuse. Our heated discussion went in circles, with him consistently avoiding my direct question about the discrepancy. It was obvious he knew he was wrong and deliberately evaded accountability. This confrontation escalated when I became angry and made a threatening comment, to which he dramatically warned me about recording the incident and referencing potential substance abuse issues, all while making a scene in public. I ultimately walked out, slamming the door, which resulted in my ban. Dr Richards behaved so emotionally that he seemed almost hysterical - at one point, I genuinely thought he might burst into tears.
