Unprofessional doctor with strange and suspicious behavior

This is an absolutely terrible GP!!!!!! Initially, my boyfriend had been calling repeatedly throughout the morning due to a severe throat infection, and the receptionist consistently informed him that all appointments were fully booked and he should call back tomorrow. My desperate boyfriend, unsure what to do, consulted the GP online, and miraculously, after supposedly having no available slots, they suddenly called him to come in for an examination. He waited for me to accompany him since he gets anxious and struggles with English comprehension, and he wanted my support during the visit. Upon arrival, the receptionist initially claimed they had not called him and were about to send us home, until my boyfriend showed her the GP's contact number. Only when this woman finally did her job properly did the doctor call us in. Dr. GUPTA ANJU, a physician who initially refused to let me enter the consultation room with my partner of over four years. At first, I assumed her resistance was COVID-related, but I insisted on staying since my boyfriend sometimes struggles with English and was feeling unwell. I stood near the door to avoid disturbing her, but when I asked about his condition out of genuine concern, she began giving me hostile looks and asked if I could leave. I had no issue stepping outside, though the situation felt peculiar. My boyfriend did not want me to leave but did not fully understand her request. Minutes later, he emerged from the consultation, describing her as "crazy" and explaining that she had asked if he had anything to tell her privately. Confused, he told her he had nothing to say. What was she implying??? That I had somehow threatened my boyfriend when I was only trying to help!!!! Instead of maintaining professionalism, she was creating bizarre scenarios in her mind.
