Unprofessional management ruins great medical practice

The medical practice misplaced my test samples. They initially accused me of not submitting the tests as requested. Once it was confirmed I had dropped them off, practice manager Julie dismissively stated that "these things happen all the time" - which was far from reassuring. In all my experience, I've never had test samples go missing, nor has anyone in my family ever been notified of lost samples. A simple apology would have been appreciated. Unexpectedly, I received a letter from Julie stating I was no longer registered with the surgery. The entire situation remains utterly surreal. Bizarrely, they refused to deregister my child, which I find absurd. The surgery does have some excellent doctors - Dr. Cockbain and Dr. Ditri are particularly good, and they will be sorely missed. Several of the nurses are also very friendly. It's unfortunate that the practice manager is undermining the reputation of what is otherwise a solid local GP practice.
