Unprofessional midwife service left me completely frustrated

Just attended my scheduled midwife consultation, and the experience was incredibly frustrating. Upon arrival, the reception team claimed no midwife had appeared that day, merely taking my name and directing me to wait. After sitting for five minutes, I inquired about my appointment status, only to be told they were uncertain and that the midwife typically arrives later in the day. When I requested assistance in contacting someone, they handed me a phone number to resolve the issue myself! The customer service was absolutely abysmal - they seemed completely disinterested and appeared content to let me waste hours waiting with no clear indication of when or if I'd be seen. The zero tolerance staff abuse notice in the waiting room suddenly made perfect sense to me - with this level of negligent service, I can easily understand why patients might become frustrated and angry!
