On 28.5.24 at 4:40 PM, the sole receptionist displayed shocking unprofessionalism towards a patient referred by an optician who was experiencing severe headaches and appeared disoriented. She dismissively told him to leave and return another day, potentially endangering his health. Fortunately, another staff member intervened and provided an immediate appointment, recognizing the urgent medical situation. The initial receptionist's callous behavior puts patient safety at serious risk, and I intend to escalate this complaint to management, as her conduct could have led to a critical medical incident.
