Unprofessional service and disrespectful staff attitude

The front desk staff were incredibly unprofessional. I emailed about two separate issues and received a generic, dismissive response. Later, I overheard staff members casually discussing a complaint, which seemed suspiciously deliberate. When I requested a face-to-face meeting to address my concerns, I was told a call would come after 2 PM, but no call ever materialized. The waiting room experience was equally uncomfortable, with receptionists loudly repeating patients' personal medical details within earshot of everyone, completely disregarding privacy. While some staff wore name badges, others did not, which further highlighted the inconsistent and disrespectful approach to customer service. It's frustrating that the entire patient experience appears to be dictated by whatever the receptionist arbitrarily decides is appropriate.
