Unprofessional service left me frustrated and unheard

I was discussing my foot condition with a receptionist, detailing the intense discomfort I've been experiencing for several weeks, and seeking to schedule a comprehensive consultation. To my shock, the receptionist abruptly terminated the call and dismissed my concerns, telling me to handle the issue independently. Such treatment is completely unacceptable. While I acknowledge that staff members may have personal challenges, these should never be projected onto patients seeking medical assistance.
