Unprofessional service with endless gossip and excuses
Subpar establishment with poor service.. They claim to be overwhelmed and crowded, yet when you're waiting endlessly due to an urgent matter, you quickly notice the place is completely deserted! If it's so empty, why do they insist they're swamped? But the most aggravating aspect is the unprofessional gossip! The female staff members ignore incoming calls, instead engaging in personal chatter and using their private phones (consistently the same Polish employees).. it's time to grow up - discussing others behind their backs is disrespectful and inappropriate!!
