I was prompted by the practice to submit a review, so here it goes. I arrived punctually for my appointment at 7:55, potentially 7:56 by the time I reached the entrance. The clinic's middle door displayed a prominent sign instructing patients to 'wait here' for staff assistance. I adhered to this instruction and waited for 5 minutes, all the while overhearing conversations in the office. After 5 minutes, I attempted to press the buzzer outside, but no response came. I patiently remained in front of the instructional sign for another 5 minutes. During this time, a staff member entered the office without acknowledging my presence or informing colleagues about me. Staff conversations continued uninterrupted behind the closed door. I buzzed again, prompting a nurse to emerge and accusingly claim I was late. I explained that I had been waiting precisely in front of the sign for ten minutes and had buzzed multiple times without any acknowledgment. The reception I received while being escorted through the office was deplorable. Three staff members stared silently, with not a single smile or apology for missing my initial buzzer or failing to check outside during those 10 minutes. I felt utterly humiliated as I was led through. An absolutely unacceptable way to treat a patient who had done absolutely nothing wrong. Moreover, no other patients were waiting, rendering their rudeness during their private conversation entirely unjustifiable!
