Unprofessional staff made me feel suicidal and anxious

The medical professionals are competent and maintain a professional demeanor, but the front desk staff urgently require training in interacting with patients like myself who have Asperger syndrome and serious mental health challenges. After accepting my payment for a letter, they left me waiting over 8 weeks for a response, claiming it was difficult to simply copy and paste a document with the GP's letterhead. They owe me 35 pounds after their treatment triggered such distress that I felt suicidal, resulting in significant anxiety about returning to the practice. The doctor is exemplary, and I cannot understand why the rest of the staff cannot emulate his approach. They desperately need to improve their communication with patients who have disabilities and mental health issues, focusing on making individuals feel supported rather than worthless and ensuring vulnerable adults do not feel abandoned. It pains me to write a negative review, but I feel compelled to warn others with similar conditions that this medical practice may not be suitable for their needs. I sincerely hope they invest in developing better interpersonal skills moving forward. Best regards
