Unprofessional staff ruined my healthcare experience

I phoned the clinic on Monday at 10:23am to schedule my travel vaccination, and the customer service representative was extremely discourteous and raised her voice at me. Her behavior was consistently unprofessional, and she demonstrated a complete lack of basic communication skills when interacting with patients. I strongly urge the medical practice to reconsider employing staff members who display such inappropriate and disrespectful conduct. Thank you.
