Unprofessional staff ruined my healthcare experience

I just had an interaction with a receptionist whose demeanor was shockingly unprofessional while I was attempting to register a vulnerable person with a general practitioner. The staff member's attitude and communication were completely unacceptable, especially for someone working in a medical setting. It's clear that additional customer service and empathy training is desperately needed for these employees.
