I want to share my experience at Selden Medical Center, where I had to go for a routine check-up last week. I was appalled by the behaviour of the GP when I got there. She was rude, impatient and eager to conclude the appointment without proper treatment or care. I felt like I was not treated with respect or dignity, and I left feeling worse than when I arrived.
I think this is unacceptable for a medical center that claims to provide quality care and service.
