Unresponsive clinic fails patient with terrible service

Customer service was extremely disappointing. I repeatedly tried contacting them with no success, unable to communicate my potential tardiness. Arriving just shy of 5 minutes late, I stood waiting at reception, hoping to be heard. After 10 minutes of waiting, when I finally got someone's attention, they flatly refused to assist me despite my detailed explanation. The entire operation seems to be in complete disarray. I persistently called every morning before 8 am and only secured an appointment after two weeks of daily attempts. They initially referred me in May 2023, and now that it's mid-October, I've received absolutely no follow-up or referral documentation whatsoever.
