Unresponsive medical practice leaves patient frustrated and waiting

I've dispatched multiple emails to the practice manager without receiving any response. Apparently, the manager was away on holiday again, reportedly until the 24th of June. I sent an email regarding crucial treatment to the deputy, who simply forwarded it to the absent manager - what good does that do? The previous manager would consistently reply within a day, but the current one seems to dodge communications like the plague. Will I ever get a reply? This concerns critical medical treatment, and I've already wasted five months with no progress. It seems everyone is just taking time off.
