Urgent concerns: Poor care and communication

I recently lodged a grievance regarding subpar care and treatment received by a family member. Frustratingly, the link to my complaint has vanished, leaving me unable to access it or view their automated response, which had assured me of the rarity of complaints and promised a swift reply. The practice's communication, both internally among staff and externally with patients, is woefully inadequate. This extends to their interactions with other teams they refer to. One shouldn't rely on a GP's promise to call back after triage; if a day passes, it's imperative to follow up. In my experience, a prescription was cancelled without any notification to the patient, and no alternative was offered. Moreover, test results weren't shared with the specialist as they should have been. During a phone consultation, insufficient time was devoted to gathering a comprehensive history of the presenting issue, resulting in an inaccurate and deeply alarming diagnosis being delivered. Throughout this ordeal, there was a palpable lack of concern or care for the patient's well-being.
