Urgent hip pain ignored by medical practice

I've been experiencing excruciating hip pain since yesterday evening. This morning, I attempted to contact the medical office but couldn't get through. When I tried to book an appointment online, I encountered difficulties registering. I then called 111, who advised me to speak with my doctor and inform them of our conversation. Following their advice, I did so and received a callback, only to be told that my severe hip discomfort wasn't considered urgent enough, and I should try again tomorrow. I find this response astounding, especially given my history of two knee replacements and the fact that my right knee was giving way, causing immense strain on my right hip. Queens Road's level of patient care is truly disappointing.
