I encountered an utterly disheartening experience with the Charlotte Keel Medical Practice. Their complete disregard for patient care was appalling. When I sought help for a medical issue, I was forced to contact 111 for support. The 111 healthcare professionals correctly identified my condition as urgent, yet the triage staff at Charlotte Keel Medical Practice appeared indifferent. This led to an exasperating exchange between my GP and 111, leaving me in a state of anxiety and uncertainty. Additionally, I was promised a callback within 2 hours following the 111 consultation, but no communication was received. Upon finally reaching out to my GP again, I was told I would face a 5-day wait for a doctor's consultation, and that my 111 referral was inconsequential. Such treatment is not only unreasonable but completely unacceptable when addressing health concerns. I strongly caution anyone seeking medical care to avoid Charlotte Keel Medical Practice. Their lack of responsiveness and apparent disregard for patient welfare is absolutely shocking. Steer clear of this practice if you expect even the most basic level of care and professional respect. Their failure to even acknowledge reviews on their Google page further demonstrates their problematic approach. To the doctors at Charlotte Keel: You should be thoroughly ashamed. Why has this practice consistently maintained such a poor reputation? Why can't you learn from other Bristol surgeries with exceptional CQC reports like Pembroke Road Surgery or Greenway Community Practice? The management requires immediate and radical transformation. You've taken a Hippocratic Oath to provide ethical medical care, yet you demonstrate none. What was the point of your extensive medical training if you've become mediocre professionals who seem to care nothing for patient welfare? Take responsibility for your actions and stop disrespecting the patients funding your wages. You're currently an embarrassment to the remarkable NHS we have.
