Useless booking system and unhelpful staff

The reception team is challenging and uncooperative, with the online booking platform being essentially useless. Staff actively dodge assisting patients in scheduling appointments, consistently blaming the system and claiming they can only book same-day slots. They exclusively provide telephone consultations, showing no consideration for key workers and consequently disrupting service delivery. The Patient Access online system is completely futile. Appointments can only be booked six days in advance and are exclusively available in a narrow one-hour window between 10-11am. Due to receiving only telephone consultations over the past five months, my treatment has been fundamentally ineffective. Physicians are essentially guessing, prescribing random medication combinations (which I'm personally funding) in a desperate attempt to find something that might work. If I performed my hospital duties with such incompetence, I would undoubtedly be terminated and potentially have my professional credentials permanently revoked!!!
