Vaccination booking nightmare with zero customer support

Over the past month, I've been struggling to schedule my son's follow-up vaccination, which should be done a week after the previous one. Calling their line redirects me to their website, with instructions to connect to the Evergreen app, but I'm met with a frustrating 404 error page. The phone system offers no way to speak with a human outside of an absurdly narrow 5-minute window between 7:30 and 7:35. When I manage to get in the queue, a robotic voice immediately informs me they're at full capacity. I attempted to use their old system, Anima Health, only to find it's either down for maintenance or overwhelmed - essentially telling me to go away. The online system is equally useless. It offers no vaccination booking options, only prescriptions, and it crashes my Chrome app after just 5 minutes. The desktop site is incredibly difficult to navigate on a mobile device. At this point, I'm considering walking in and being told to get lost in person.
