Vaccine scheduling mess at four weeks

I was turned away from my infant's 16-week immunization appointment because it was just shy of four full weeks, supposedly not meeting the precise timing requirement. While I understand this is standard procedure, I'm perplexed as to why the appointment was scheduled in the first place. The booking system or staff should clearly know and enforce the eligibility criteria before setting up such appointments. When I went to express my frustration, the staff seemed fully aware of these specific guidelines. Adding to my irritation, the nurse allowed me to administer Calpol to my baby before conducting the health checks. I'm thoroughly frustrated by this entire experience - truly, deeply annoyed.
