Have same day telephone response system which once you understand it is excellent.If after the telephone appointment they need to see you-they will Can get busy with telephone queue so best time to call is either 8am or 1.30pm and keep phone nearby I was called up recently with afib and sent to hospital so the GPs are on the ball.I am also a 76 year old diabetic who has had a great deal of advice from them over many years
