Very, very bad indeed

I was taken by ambulance last week to Newham General Hospital for C.O.P.D difficulties. I waited over 14 hours for an ambulance to take me home and the doctor (at the hospital) wrote to my GP with recommendations. (On the 8th March) yesterday 24th March as I hadn’t heard anything at all from my GP or surgery, I telephoned to request what was happening. I was told that an appointment had been made for me to see someone in April (no date or time) and a few hours later, someone posted two boxes of tablets through my letterbox with no contact or instructions from the pharmacy or G.P. As I was already on 8 steroid tablets (hospital prescribing take every morning) and one of the boxes posted through my letterbox were the same (labeled 6 tablets every morning) if I had taken those as well then I would have overdosed taking 14 tablets in one day. I feel that it has now become dangerous for me to stay at this surgery, It must say something that a 75 year old person is forced through circumstances to change G.P’s. Which is what I have done.
