I was expecting my prescription to be prepared and sent to the neighboring pharmacy as planned. I provided the necessary details, but they failed to transfer it, leaving me waiting while the staff member was engaged in a personal phone conversation. I spent 20 minutes idle, witnessing unprofessional behavior. Their service requires significant improvement. My previous healthcare providers were far more efficient, ensuring prescriptions were ready and promptly sent to the pharmacy as promised, without allowing personal distractions to interfere with customer service. Their current approach feels disrespectful and inconsiderate of patients' time and needs.
