Waited 30 Minutes Past My Scheduled Time

Appalling customer service that consistently fails to meet basic scheduling expectations. Booking an appointment is a nightmare, with weeks passing without resolution. Their staff shows zero empathy, remaining unapologetic after making patients wait well beyond the scheduled time. The hypocrisy is stunning - they'd ruthlessly cancel on a client who arrives mere minutes late, yet they feel zero accountability when running up to an hour behind schedule. They desperately need to improve their time management and professional courtesy.
