Waited 45 mins just to hold

We excel at everything!! -- * Compassionate staff trapped under incompetent management. * Patient feedback? Guaranteed to be completely ignored. No changes will ever be considered! * Massive inefficiencies designed to maximize your frustration. Someone's definitely profiting from your time and suffering, WITHOUT A DOUBT!! * Hoping for any level of service? Too bad. Oopsie daisy!! We simply couldn't care less. * Why hire additional staff?! If we deliberately avoid acknowledging problems, they magically disappear! NB: I managed to complete this review, solve four sudokus, and send three emails during my 45-minute hold time.
