Waited 5 Mins Late, Turned Away Immediately

I'm currently searching for yet another medical practice because the Willesden Doctors seem more interested in letting patients die than providing actual care. Despite having multiple health concerns, I can't even discuss a single issue. I arrived 5 minutes late and was denied an appointment, but the reception line itself takes 5-10 minutes, so even punctual patients would be considered late. They suggested I could wait and potentially see a doctor, but the waiting area is unbearably hot - over 30 degrees even in winter - and I had no idea how long I'd be waiting. Ultimately, I couldn't be seen. My advice: avoid the Burnley or Willesden medical practice unless you want to risk dying before seeing a physician. They market themselves as quick for new patient registration, but they lack sufficient staff to manage patient care effectively. The sign-up process might seem smooth, but once you need to see a doctor, you'll regret ever joining. The waiting room is like a furnace (and I enjoy warmth, so that's saying something). If you're 5 minutes late, you're turned away, but even if you arrive on time, you'll wait around 15 minutes to see a doctor. It's completely illogical. My strong recommendation: DO NOT SIGN UP.
