Waited all day for a doctor's call

If I could award zero rating points, I absolutely would! The service quality is utterly abysmal. My wife has been anticipating a callback regarding a medical issue since early morning, and on two separate instances we were assured she would receive a doctor's contact today. When she initially attempted scheduling the appointment, she endured being on hold for over 72 minutes (first in the queue). Upon finally reaching someone, we were told she would receive a call at 4:50, and when she followed up at 5:55 PM, staff claimed they were open until 6:30 and would definitely call her. Did she receive her promised call? Absolutely not! You must start prioritizing patient health concerns and demonstrating genuine care, because this level of service is completely unacceptable! You should be thoroughly embarrassed by this unprofessional and negligent approach to patient communication.
