Waited months for confusing medical chaos

Absolutely disastrous!!!!! You're forced to endure a two-month wait for an appointment, then another month for blood test results, which are then presented in incomprehensible medical jargon that only doctors can decipher. They expect you to interpret these results on your own! When I requested another appointment to have the results explained, that took yet another month!!!! I'm struggling with persistent bloating and have no idea what's causing it. I suspect a food intolerance and have been dealing with this for nearly six months. A "Doctor" advised me to wait another two months and retake the test, claiming only my thyroid hormone was imbalanced. I registered for another blood test, waited a month for results, and received another indecipherable paper - it's becoming laughably ridiculous. 😂 The receptionist booked me for September 4th at 11 am, but a few days prior, I received a text suggesting I arrive between 6:45 and 8:45. Fine, I didn't have time to call and clarify. I arrived around 8:20, and guess what? Surprise, surprise - the system showed no appointment. The staff behind the desk claimed my appointment was canceled by a colleague. Shouldn't they have contacted me about the change? Then they mentioned the "doctor" was waiting for me at 7:45 🤣🤣 - that's the most hilarious part of the story. Why didn't anyone call me by then? They also switched my appointment from in-person to phone without my consent, despite my preference for a face-to-face meeting. So if it was a phone appointment at 7:45, was the doctor waiting for my call? 😂😂😂 He probably thought, "I'd rather grab breakfast" and got tired of waiting. In summary, absolutely zero communication. Extremely poor service 👎🏻👎🏻
