Waited three days for a simple appointment

I struggled to secure a medical appointment for my toddler over three consecutive days and was redirected to a distant urgent walk-in center on the outskirts of Leeds. This morning, I was second in line when the phone lines opened at 8:00am. The staff member who answered seemed genuinely empathetic about the challenges, and I truly understand they are operating under significant pressure. Nevertheless, I believe this medical practice warrants a thorough investigation for its inadequate care of young patients.
