Waited two weeks for travel vaccine info

I reached out to the medical practice through their Anima online platform, which seems to be their recommended communication channel. My goal was to determine vaccination requirements for myself and my family prior to international travel. I carefully completed the initial set of questions and submitted my inquiry. A quick acknowledgement arrived, followed by a secondary questionnaire that largely duplicated the information I had already shared. I promptly filled out this redundant form, yet it still took five additional days before someone contacted me to schedule a telephone consultation - which would be another eight days in the future. While I understand the NHS is under significant strain, waiting two weeks just to get clarity on essential travel vaccinations strikes me as completely unacceptable. The entire experience has been thoroughly frustrating.
