Waiting a month for a simple blood test

I consulted my local doctor about numbness in my right leg. I was absent from work on Monday but couldn't secure an appointment until Thursday, which was incredibly annoying. I felt trapped in a bureaucratic maze as the urgent care facility directed me to my GP for diagnostic bloodwork, only to then require me to return to their centre for the same test. Booking my blood test involved using an online platform called "Swift queue", and I was only able to schedule the test a full month after my initial consultation. The waiting periods are consistently prolonged, and although the healthcare staff are pleasant and cordial, I believe the overall healthcare service requires significant enhancement. Based on my personal experience, I would give this medical practice a rating of 2 stars.
