Waiting forever at wand medical clinic

Arrived at 8:30 only to be told I must phone to schedule an appointment. I stayed and called, watching the receptionist maintain eye contact while conversing nonsensically. She offered some acceptable time slots, so I agreed to 10:50 on 28/3/25. I returned at 10:45 and used the sign-in machine. I waited until 11:45, growing increasingly irritated, and approached the receptionist to inquire about the delay. She assured me I was next in line. Ten minutes later, with my patience wearing extremely thin, I asked again. Fortunately, my name appeared on the screen shortly after sitting back down. I discussed my symptoms with the doctor, who surprisingly asked me what I thought the diagnosis should be. He then informed me I could only collect my prescription after thirty minutes, as they don't handle green slips. The doctor mentioned the Mediacena pharmacist closed at nine and suggested I had all day to collect the prescription (I mistakenly assumed he meant the pharmacy across the street, as I hadn't visited this medical center in years). Returning around seven, I discovered the nearby pharmacy was closed, which frustrated me immensely. I began muttering to myself, growing increasingly angry about having to return the next day. Suddenly, I spotted the doctor's car in the clinic parking lot. He confirmed the correct pharmacy and provided directions. At the pharmacy, they initially couldn't find my prescription. They repeatedly took my name, date of birth, and address. Eight minutes later, they suddenly located it. The same doctor promptly appeared, checking whether everything was resolved—seemingly having rushed back to process my prescription personally. I've been with this clinic since 1982, when it was located on Bloch Street. Never in my entire life have I experienced such treatment. This is absolutely the worst service conceivable, and I'm thoroughly upset. Since Dr. Taylor's departure, I believe it's time for me to leave as well. Based on these experiences, we should collectively seek an assessment of this facility's competence, as it clearly fails to meet basic medical service standards. No words can adequately express my profound disappointment and frustration with this entire process. This is unacceptable.
