Waiting nine days with no follow-up support

I have been waiting over a week for my blood pressure results following a home reading that I submitted through the online portal. After making several phone calls and visiting the practice in person, I have not received any response or assistance. I requested to speak with the practice management team, as I have found them helpful in resolving issues previously, but was not informed that anyone would arrange for them to contact me. The situation remains unresolved.
