I stepped into the general practice clinic to pick up my prescription and schedule a follow-up visit. During my wait, I was struck by the warmth and genuine care shown by the reception staff, who I believe were of Bengali origin. Their welcoming demeanor and attentive approach made me feel completely at ease, and it was clear they were dedicated to ensuring my needs were met with the utmost consideration.
