Wasted 25 minutes for zero help

I simply wanted to consult with the doctor via phone regarding a minor issue for my daughter, seeking a potential prescription for a cream or eye drops without requiring an in-person visit. Instead, I was left waiting in the queue for a quarter of an hour, only to be informed that no appointments were available and no medical professional could assist me. This is absolutely the most abysmal service imaginable. If you're unable to adequately manage your patient load, you shouldn't be accepting so many patients.
