Wasted 40 Minutes on Pointless Phone Call

I endured a 40-minute phone wait attempting to reorder my regular prescriptions, only to be told they cannot process orders via telephone - despite this being my usual method every single time before. I wasn't initially planning to leave a review, but the staff's inefficiency in keeping me on hold for absolutely nothing is infuriating. I'm definitely changing healthcare providers because they are totally incompetent and shockingly inconsiderate towards patients. With zero empathy, they dismissed my urgent situation after I explained I'm completely out of medication and desperately need my prescriptions. They simply instructed me to use their online system, which I'm unfamiliar with, while I'm already experiencing significant distress from having no pills left!!!!!!!!
