Wasted Morning at Clinic with No Staff

Scheduled for an 8:30 appointment, I arrived punctually, 10 minutes early. Encountered a lengthy line stretching across the parking area. Waited until the appointed time. Quickly logged into the parking system to avoid penalties, but discovered the appointment system was non-functional. Approached the front desk—completely unstaffed. Proceeded to the usual nurse's location. Remained there until 8:50, with absolutely no staff members appearing. Departed at 8:55. It's utterly frustrating that patients receive stern reminders about £160 penalties for missed appointments when the facility's own staff are conspicuously absent and unresponsive.
