Wasted My Entire Day on Pointless Hold

I spent a total of four hours on hold, split between morning and afternoon, for a critical phone consultation. Upon finally reaching a representative, I was met with complete indifference. She casually explained away the delay with technical difficulties, dismissively informing me that all available slots were now gone and offering no alternative solutions. The entire experience was profoundly frustrating and utterly unhelpful, especially given the pressing nature of my situation.
