Wasted time and missed appointments again

Recent update. My scheduled appointment was abruptly cancelled, and the hospital falsely claims they attempted to reach me. The sole missed call I received was for a mental health appointment where they were already late. I will be switching healthcare providers. I predict all of your practices will eventually be shut down. I sacrificed two separate days for this, and I expect compensation for my time and inconvenience. And please avoid responding with a generic AI response - it comes across as impersonal and indifferent. The staff demonstrated extreme unprofessionalism. I called repeatedly - ten times in total - and spent 40 minutes just to get connected to the surgery. Upon arriving within the designated 10-minute window, I couldn't locate the self-check-in area, only to learn from another patient that it was deactivated. Meanwhile, one receptionist was engaged in a prolonged conversation with a patient, while another staff member sat idle and could have assisted me. I explicitly requested to be transferred to an alternative surgery because I cannot trust their current operations.
