Wasted time and patience with terrible service

I'm reaching out at 11 am, not 8:30 am, regarding an appointment I cannot make. My intention is to cancel so the time slot can be allocated to another patient. I've been stuck in the queue, first in line, for 25 minutes straight. I've completely squandered my work lunch break just sitting here waiting. This situation is absolutely absurd.
