Wasted time and zero help at surgery

I've just wasted ninety minutes trapped in their endless phone queue. When I physically went to the medical center and displayed the message on my phone indicating my call's significance, I was dismissively informed that their phone lines were shut and I should return at 8 AM. This healthcare provider demonstrates absolute contempt for its patients.
