Watts app nightmare for frustrated healthcare patient

At 44 years old, the new watts app system is absolutely terrible. Despite being tech-savvy, I'm deeply concerned about how the majority of their patients will cope. To make matters worse, their phone line is completely non-functional. Did they even consider consulting patients before removing the 'ask my GP' feature? The surgery has become a truly distressing situation. It's truly unfortunate because the staff themselves are genuinely wonderful.
