Website booking process created confusion and frustration

I find myself increasingly frustrated with this practice's processes. After requesting a routine appointment through their website, I received a text asking me to book one, followed by another text the next day requesting completion of a questionnaire. The questionnaire contained questions I felt were unreasonable to answer independently, such as health measurements that would typically be assessed during an appointment itself. I added notes explaining that I needed guidance and support regarding my medication, as I had experienced concerning physical changes since starting it. However, these concerns were not addressed, and my prescription was simply renewed for another year without discussion. I would rate this experience very poorly and would struggle to recommend attempting to use this practice.
