Weeks of frustration with nhs registration

I've been attempting to register for weeks now, and each time I contact them, I'm informed that the person handling my case is unavailable. Moreover, there are no appointments to be found. The NHS isn't a service we should praise merely for existing; it's a healthcare system funded by our monthly contributions, and we rightfully expect an efficient service with courteous receptionists and dedicated medical staff. If given the opportunity, I would gladly opt out of national insurance and purchase private health insurance instead. The NHS seems only interested in quick procedures like vaccine administration, but when it comes to addressing more complex health concerns like the lump on my back, they're completely disinterested. Well done, indeed. 👏
