Instead, we have been left in a state of uncertainty, with no communication, updates, or rationale provided. Quite frankly, the service quality is deplorable. A prolonged delay for essential pain medication is not merely inconvenient—it is irresponsible and potentially harmful. This is not an isolated incident, and we demand that it be the final occurrence of such negligence. I insist that this matter be addressed immediately, with the prescription processed and dispatched to the pharmacy without further postponement. Additionally, I require a comprehensive explanation for this breakdown in service and a detailed account of the steps being taken to prevent similar issues in the future.
