Went downhill fast with terrible attitude

I've been registered with this medical practice for three years and previously spoke very positively about it. However, over the past half year, the quality of service has dramatically declined. The staff have become incredibly discourteous, seemingly forgetting that most patients are not healthcare professionals and may not be familiar with medical procedures or frequently visit doctors. They consistently address patients condescendingly, making individuals feel foolish for simply seeking clarification or attempting to schedule appointments. Despite having family members in the medical profession who understand the current pressures facing the NHS, I find it unacceptable that staff are taking out their frustrations on patients. I urge them to reconsider their communication approach and remember the importance of treating patients with respect and empathy.
