Willesden Medical Centre's Frustrating Phone Queue

Willesden Medical Centre used to be a great GP practice, but now it's deteriorated significantly. The current appointment process is frustrating: you spend ages waiting on the phone, only to be instructed to complete an online form that a receptionist will send to your phone, with the promise that a doctor might respond in 1-2 days. Previously, receptionists would directly note your concerns and schedule an appointment. Now, they seem indifferent to whether patients need in-person consultations, dismissing the importance of direct medical interaction. The GP's management appears completely out of touch and ineffective, desperately needing to understand the real issues affecting patient care. I've become so disillusioned that I now actively avoid calling them, knowing I'll receive no meaningful assistance with my health concerns.
