Worst care service ever terrible staff and management

The most discourteous group of employees in the healthcare sector. Front desk personnel who are persistently ill-tempered, discourteous, and aggravating, with a tendency to contradict each other over straightforward requests and administrative tasks. One employee will commit to a specific action, only to have another staff member claim it's impossible the following day. Staff consistently evade accountability and refuse to provide their names when confronted about their statements. Then there's the 'Practice Manager' - quite frankly, she requires substantial improvement in management skills. Setting aside her inability to supervise a small reception team, or her staff's complete lack of understanding regarding basic workflow processes, we're left with a 'manager' who cannot communicate effectively with clients, fails to control her employees, and is incompetent at resolving issues. It's entirely predictable that such staff would behave this way when the root of the problem stems from incompetence at the leadership level. These individuals would not survive a single day in a professional environment where performance standards are both expected and maintained. Not a single day.
