Worst customer service and appointment scheduling ever

Spent an entire week attempting to schedule an appointment, but consistently encountered unavailability. Each morning, I'd dial precisely at 8 AM and endure over 30 minutes on hold, only to be assigned queue number 14, yet when finally reached, they dismissively claimed no openings remained. This pattern repeated daily. Moreover, the two receptionists are incredibly unpleasant and discourteous, making the entire experience extremely frustrating.
